To researchers of a phenomenon of time, origins of the Universe and generalize laws of the living and nonliving nature!

                                                                  Statement

   Our many years of researches of complex - larger - systems have shown:

1. Each system of the living and nonliving nature and the Universe as a whole have their own measuring devices and own measuring units.

2. Measuring devices of each system are defined by a functional purpose of this system. More precisely, each system has as many measuring devices as many primary functions are fulfilled by it.

 3. Separate finite parts of the Universe are cognized with probability P, where 0.5 ≤ P <1. However, as a whole, the Universe is cognized only with probability P = 0.5. In other words, the Universe in principle is not cognizable.

 4. The time of origin and the time of disappearance of the Universe are equal to a minus infinity and a plus infinity accordingly, Hence, the Universe does has neither certain time of the beginning nor certain time of the end.

 5. The absolute time (Aristotle and Newton) is the own time of the Universe. It has no certain reference point, but its arrow is always directed towards time magnification.

 6. All systems of the living and nonliving nature, except for the Universe, are open systems. The Universe is a closed system.

  7. Time arrow of all open systems without exceptions at first is directed towards magnification, during any time it is indefinite and, at last, it turns towards time reduction.

  8. Measuring units of each open system are dynamic quantities. They depend on states of system and its own time arrow. The measurements made with these units, can be most exact in a period when the system is in a normal state and its own time arrow is indefinite. In particular, in a normal state in an organism of a contemporary person of age from 25 till 45 years the measurements will be most precise.
