The mathematical
problems of multicriteria optimization, astimotion and
decision - making have
been considered from a single viewpoint – from the viewpoint of maintaining of
integrity of management objects and their system. The oldest problems of
physics and astronomy – studying of the phenomenon of time and the arrangement
of the Universe – have also been considered from the same viewpoint. The laws
of the harmony of nature have been described, and it has been shown that all
processes occurring in live and unlive nature are eventually governed by these
